How does 360-Foodcourt work?
Our web based restaurant guide helps you to discover and book exceptional dining in food cities across the State of Qatar. You give us your city, party size, date and time preferences, and we’ll show you a curated list of outstanding dining recommendations nearby. Restaurant listings feature a description, photos, and a 360-Foodcourt rating to make it easier to choose. And of course, links for easy booking! Join the 360-Foodcourt Club for all-inclusive access to restaurants and events or browse and reserve as you go.

Can I really book a table on 360-Foodcourt?
Yes you can, simply sign up with 360-Foodcourt by visiting the website, and once registered you can start booking.

How do I make a booking on 360-Foodcourt?
Make sure you are registered on 360-Foodcourt, once you are a 360-Foodcourt user, find the restaurant of your choice, choose the date, time and number of people for your booking, and click book now. The booking is passed to the restaurant and you will receive an email confirming that your booking has been confirmed.

Is my booking confirmed instantly on 360-Foodcourt?
o Not quite! Your request is passed instantly to the Restaurant, The Restaurant upon confirming the availability of the Table will have an SMS or call made to the customer saying the booking is confirmed.

What if I have a large party?
If your party is larger than the party size options listed for a restaurant, feel free to email us – (info@360-Foodcourt.com). We may be able to work with the restaurant to accommodate your request.

How late can I make a reservation?
Depending on the restaurant, you can make a reservation anywhere from one to two months out to several hours before the desired time.

What if I change my mind? Can I Cancel or modify my booking on 360-Foodcourt?
We understand that plans can change at the eleventh hour (we're in the business of last-minute!). You can cancel or modify your booking instantly from the emails you receive from 360-Foodcourt. Simply click Modify or Cancel in the email you have received and you will be taken to your reservation dashboard on 360-Foodcourt where you can confirm by either canceling or modifying the date, number of people, or time of your chosen booking.

360-Foodcourt Dining Deals and Special offers can be found on Restaurant pages.

Why don’t all restaurants have Menus?
Not all restaurants provide their menus for 360-Foodcourt to feature them on the website or wish them to appear due to seasonal changes. However, we make all efforts to bring all features of a restaurant directly to you!

I have a ‘Special Request’ with my booking?
Special requests can be passed directly to the restaurant you are booking by filling out the special requests ‘notes’ box that appears just before you complete your reservation. E.g request a baby high chair, a birthday cake, or other detail. Please note these will be passed to the restaurant via email.
If you think of a special request after you have made your booking on 360-Foodcourt, you will need to call the customer care to ensure you receive it.
